Cooling circulating water system of phthalic anhydride device

The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the 60,000t/a phthalic anhydride device. The cooling water is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of the air compressor, steam turbine condenser, flaker, oil cooler, etc. Generally one 355kW pump is operated. After system optimization and adjustment, one high-efficiency pump is used. According to the acceptance results, 680,000KWH power can be saved annually.
