Cooling circulating water system for PVC resin
The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the 230,000t/a PVC resin production device. The cooling water is mainly used for cooling in the EVC workshop, AVC workshop, PVC workshop and air separation workshop. Five 710kW cooling pumps are used, three in service and two for standby. After system optimization and adjustment, five high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is kept unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 3,010,000KWH power can be saved annually.
