Circulating water system of two-plate evaporator

The object of technology improvement is the circulating system of the two-plate evaporator of Guizhou Branch. The system is divided into the cold water subsystem and hot water subsystem. The circulating water is mainly for evaporation and cooling of mother liquor obtained in decomposition of sodium aluminate solution. The plate evaporator is used, with five 220kW cold water pumps and five 132kW hot water pumps, two in service and three for standby respectively. After system optimization and adjustment, six high-efficiency pumps (two in service and one for standby) are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 1,660,000KWH power can be saved annually.
