Clean circulating water system for bars and wires

The object of technology improvement is the clean circulating water system for iron and steel bars and wires. The clean circulating water system for bars is mainly used for cooling of the bar mill motor and lubricating oil system at the end, with two 110kW pumps operating under normal conditions. The clean circulating water system for wires is mainly used for cooling of the wire mill motor and lubricating oil system at the end, with two 185kW pumps operating under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, three high-efficiency pumps are used and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 1,100,000KWH power can be saved annually.
