Hot-rolling water system (modification of long-shaft pump)

The objects of technology improvement are the water supply system of the indirect cooling pump of the hot-rolling system A and the water supply system of the laminar-flow bypass filter of the hot-rolling system B. The indirect cooling water supply system of the hot-rolling system A (clean circulating system) is mainly used for cooling of the hydraulic station, air-conditioner, etc., and equipped with four 400kW cooling pumps, three in service under normal conditions (two hydraulic coupling pumps). The water supply system of the laminar-flow bypass filter of the hot-rolling system B is used for cooling of the upper tower after water returning from the laminar-flow iron pit to the filter, and equipped with three 355kW cooling pumps, one in service under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, four high-efficiency energy-saving pumps (three in service and one for standby) are used in the indirect cooling water system of the system A, and two high-efficiency energy-saving pumps (one in service and one for standby) in the water supply system of the laminar-flow bypass filter of the hot-rolling system B. The operating mode is unchanged in technology improvement of the two sets of systems. According to the acceptance results, 2,607,000KWH power can be saved annually.
