Cooling circulating water system of 1080 blast furnace body
The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the normal-pressure, high-pressure and upper-tower cooling circulating water system of the 1# 1080 blast furnace. The normal-pressure cooling water is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of the cooling wall, hot blast heater and motor oil cooler. Four 630kW pumps are used, three in service and one for standby. The high-pressure water system is mainly used for cooling of the small sleeve of the air port and equipped with two 315kW pumps, one in service and one for standby. The upper hot water tower is equipped with three 250kW water pumps, one in service and two for standby. After optimization and adjustment of the three systems, five high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 6,860,000KWH power can be saved annually.
