Cooling circulating water system of DMF and DMAC production device

The objects of technology improvement are the cooling circulating water system of the original organic amine factory and the circulating water system of the gas production workshop. The old circulating water system is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of methylamine, DMF and DMAC production devices, including five 280kW pumps and one 160kW pump the raw gas produced in the gas production workshop is used for production of methylamine, DMF and DMAC. The circulating water is mainly used for washing, desulfurization and cooling of raw gas, and three 55kW hot water pumps and three 90kW cooling water pumps are used. After system optimization and adjustment, six high-efficiency pumps are used in the old circulating water system. The circulating water system of the gas production workshop is a new project, with six high-efficiency pumps designed based direct optimization according to the Go·Well technology for fluid conveying. The operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 2,900,000KWH power can be saved annually by the two systems.
