Cooling circulating water system of synthetic ammonia device

The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the 250,000t/a synthetic ammonia device of the second ammonia factory. The circulating water is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of gasification, air separation, purification, synthesis and other sections. Three 1600kW pumps are used, two in service and one for standby. After system optimization and adjustment, three high-efficiency pumps are used. According to the acceptance results, 10,450,000KWH power can be saved annually.
