Cooling circulating water system of monosodium glutamate production device
The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the fermentation process for monosodium glutamate production. The circulating water is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of the vertical heat exchanger. Six 90kW pumps are used, 4-5 in service under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, six high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 1,260,000KWH power can be saved annually.
