Cooling circulating water system of synthetic ammonia combined production device
The objects of technology improvement are the cooling circulating water systems of the 300,000t/a synthetic ammonia device, 3×25MW power plant and 600,000t/a soda combined production device. Two 2240kW pumps, four 1,000kW pumps and one 900kW pumps are used. One 2,240kW pump and three 1000kW pumps are operated in nine months every year, and one 2,240kW pump and two 1,000kW pump in the remaining three months. After system optimization and adjustment, seven high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 13,660,000KWH power can be saved annually, and the average power saving rate is 31%.
