Cooling circulating water system of ion film caustic soda device
The object of technology improvement is the high-temperature circulating water system of Dongrui Branch. One 800kW pump is used under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, two high-efficiency pumps are used. According to the acceptance results, 1,554,000KWH power can be saved annually, and the average power saving rate is 22%. For the circulating water system of the double-curve cooling tower of Chemical Branch, the cooling water is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of high-temperature water device for caustic soda and epoxy propane production, and two 185kW pumps are operated under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, two high-efficiency pumps are used, and the impeller is operated in two modes according to climate changes in summer and winter. According to the acceptance results, 770,000KWH power can be saved annually, and the average power saving rate is 25.1%.
