Cooling circulating water system of ion film caustic soda device
The objects of technology improvement are the cooling circulating water systems of the 150,000t/a ion film caustic soda production device and MIBK production device. Six 200kW pumps are used, 4-5 in service under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, six high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is optimized. According to the acceptance results, 2,810,000KWH power can be saved annually, and the average power saving rate is 39.1%.
