Cooling circulating water system of polypropylene plant
The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the polypropylene workshop. The cooling water is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of terminal reactors, vacuum pump motors and other small heat exchangers. The old system is changed to be equipped with two 37kW pumps and one 90kW pump, and the new system with three 75kW pumps. By means of technology improvement, 1,070,000KWH power can be saved annually through the two systems.
