Trichlorosilane circulating water system (changing self-priming pump into long-shaft pump)

The object of technology improvement is the trichlorosilane circulating water system with the annual production capacity of 65,000t. The system is mainly used for cooling terminal heat exchangers and is equipped with five cooling pumps (rated power: 110kW), two in service under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, three high-efficiency pumps are used. The original mode with four pumps in service is changed into the operation of three pumps after technology improvement. According to the acceptance results,880900KWH power can be saved annually.
