Joint cooling circulating water system for oil refining

The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system with two or three cycles. The two-cycle type is mainly used in the 1,000,000t oil refining catalytic system, including distillation, absorption and stabilization, gas separation, MTBE, etc. Two 250kW and four 710kW cooling pumps (generally 2-3 in service) are used. After system optimization and adjustment, three 710kW pumps are changed into high-efficiency pumps, and the operating mode is unchanged. The three-cycle type is mainly used for heat exchange and cooling of 1,400,000t/a DCC, 80,000t ethylbenzene and styrene device, 6,000,000t raw material pretreatment device, 1,400,000t coking gasoline and diesel hydrogenation device, solvent regenerator, acidic water stripper, etc. Three 710kW (generally 2 in service) and three 1250kW cooling pumps (generally 2-3 in service) are used. After system optimization and adjustment, two 710kW pumps and three 1,250kW pumps are changed into high-efficiency pumps, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 12,303,700KWH power can be saved annually by the two-cycle and three-cycle systems.
