Cooling circulating water system of TDI production device
The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system of the 30,000t/a TDI (toluene diisocyanate) device. Four 380kW pumps are used, three in service and one for standby. After system optimization and adjustment, four high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 1,880,000KWH power can be saved annually.
