Scope of application:

Must be with oil free (centrifugal, oil-free screw air compressor.

Gas consumption:

Gas consumption is zero;

Performance characteristics:

Structure features:

6, advanced control system


LDCS load control loops:

By measuring the regeneration/cooling temperature, automatic control of heating/cooling blowing time; Load decreases, can shorten the time, reduce the regeneration gas consumption.

Dew point control loop DPOS:

On the basis of load control, through the dew-point meter control adsorption time. Load falls, according to the dew point to extend the time of adsorption performance, and reduce the average each cycle regeneration gas consumption.

With Siemens PLC:

With nearly/remote control; 4 ~ 20 mAh signal

By RS485, the I/O interface to upload to DCS, realize the centralized control

(Profibus and Modbus, Ethernet communications can be customized)

Has a fault alarm and protection function, can realize the unattended

Programs take power off memory function, maintain the current state of valve position

All valves, real-time monitoring state, when the valve is damaged or abnormal movements,
