Heat conducting oil system
The object of technology improvement is the heat conducting oil system of the leather and plastic process. The hot oil system of the 1# (recycling process) boiler room is equipped with two oil pumps, the 2# (wet process workshop) boiler room with two oil pumps, the 4# (four-layer coating workshop) boiler room with two oil pumps and the 5# boiler room with two oil pumps, one in service and one for standby respectively. After system optimization and adjustment, four high-efficiency pumps are used (with standby pumps unchanged). According to the acceptance results, 320,000KWH power can be saved annually.
