Turbid circulating high-pressure water system of 1580 silicon steel device

The object of technology improvement is the turbid circulating high-pressure water system of the 1580 silicon steel device. The system is mainly used for high-pressure spraying and cooling of the mill at the end. Three 1120kW pumps are operated under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, four high-efficiency pumps (three in service and one for standby) are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 4,500,000KWH power can be saved annually.
