Cooling circulating water system of pharmaceutical intermediate production device
The object of technology improvement is the cooling circulating water system for supporting equipment of the pharmaceutical intermediate production device (purple uric acid, cyanuric acid, chloroacetic acid, chlorinated propionyl chloride, pyrazolone, DK, tri-formaldehyde, etc.), brine freezer, etc. Two 220kW pumps and one 160kW pump are operated under normal conditions. After system optimization and adjustment, three high-efficiency pumps are used, and the operating mode is unchanged. According to the acceptance results, 1,177,000KWH power can be saved annually.
